What is the best way to whiten your teeth? which products are better to use?

Baking Soda


Hydrogen Peroxide


Strawberries





Make a paste with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide ( Stir it together )


Brush with that and then brush with regular toothpaste





Also you can use strawberries to rub on your teeth and brush your teeth normally





Usually I just rinse with hydrogen peroxide brush normally and floss





Whitening strips work, not so great though...

What is the best way to whiten your teeth? which products are better to use?
i use PolaNight. its a kit w/ trays that you put whitening gel in. its quite expensive though. about $300. My dentist gave it to me. :] i'm lucky. it works really well though.
