Does anyone recommend any over the counter teeth whitening products, such as the Crest strips?

They recommend Crest Premium Strips on TLC's What Not to Wear. And that's a great show, so I believe 'em.

I did a science experiment for school and colgate strips work better
Reply:The best is the bleaching system you can get from your local dentist. I will tell you that no matter which option you go, your teeth and gums will be extremely sensitive!! I had to quit doing it for this reason.
Reply:The Crest White Strips Premium Plus, do a great job of whitening, but I stopped using them because, believe it or not, they hurt! The gel that's in the strips caused my teeth to become painfully sensitive, and after using them, I sometimes felt harsh stings or jabs on my teeth. I hated it, and quit.

However, it IS only ten days of use, 20 minutes a day, so if you can deal well with sensitivity, go for it. They bring about good results, no doubt.
Reply:I would recommend Aquafresh whitening trays. And Though WNTW is a great show, those just didn't work as well for me.
Reply:I tried them a couple of times and they made my teeth and gums really sore. I personally can't use them because of this.
Reply:The Aquafresh trays, like she said. Also, you can use Sensodyne toothpaste to manage the painful sensitivity that tooth whiteners cause.
Reply:I recommend Crest strips..I am actually using them corrently..As many of them say, it was irritating for the first 2 days.I used some painkillers .But as the days passed , the pain is no more there..It has become easy..It will take 2 to 3 days to get used to it..
