i use arm %26amp; hammer whitening toothpaste, it works really well - you can see the results within the first few days and it's fairly cheap.

I use Listerine Whitening Pre-Brush Rinse with a whitening toothpaste and I'm very happy with it. I've tried the Crest Whitestrips and my teeth hurt for weeks afterwards.

Be aware that tooth whitening pastes are quite abrasive and can "scratch" the tooth surface making the enamel pick up stains more easily. Try not to use harsh abrasives if you opt for a home remedy. No one has "white" teeth and the colour depends on the colour of the dentine which sits below the enamel. Stay away from red wine, coffee, tea and smoking as they will stain your teeth. A 6 monthly scale and polish will keep them clean %26amp; shiny ! You can try tooth whitening from your dentist, they are the safer and better options for tooth whitening. Just don't go whiter than the sclera (whites of your eyes) or they look too white. Its all about skin tone too... Don't wanna glow in the dark!
