What whitens your teeth the best when it comes to over the counter products?

Peroxide and water!





Just mix 1 cap of peroxide (from the peroxide bottle) with 1 cap of water in a glass. Swish in your mouth for 5 minutes, spit out and rinse well! You should do this AFTER you've brushed your teeth, by the way.

i smoke and i drink coffee but never fail to get compliments on the whiteness of my teeth since using them. - very important.

when any of my relatives go to the US, that's the only thing i ask when they get home. not that you need to use it more than the recommended 28 days... and it stays that way for a year or more!





and use sensodyn while using crest white strips. it sometimes make your teeth sensitive.





and stay away from coffee and tea, cigarettes they stain your teeth an icky color of yellow!!
Reply:Regular Hydrogen Peroxide is great for killing germs and whiting your teeth. I put a little tooth paste on my tongue because i don't like the taste. But it really works!!
