go to the dentist and get an appliance made. i do the same thing and it's ruining my jaw muscles. i have a plastic-y thing i put over my bottom teeth and it keeps me from clenching and grinding. it also ads height to my teeth so my bottom teeth and jaw muscles don't have to stretch so far to meet the bottom.

Reply:You mean you grind your teeth in your sleep? My husband got a bite plate from his dentist for that, but it caused the cartilage to slip out of one side of his jaw, and he couldn't open his mouth until they surgically put it back!
Reply:You can get guards to prevent grinding your teeth at walmart/drugstores. Grinding your teeth isn't a good thing, nd if you haven't talked to your doctor about it already, you should.
