Good teeth whitening product?

Has anyone tried and found any good teeth whitening products that aren't too expensive say under £20?

Good teeth whitening product?
Im a smoker %26amp; my latest dentist gave me the best advice ever, get a electric toothbrush,at the moment they are less than half price at superdrugs,I got mine for around a tenner %26amp; use clinomyn toothpaste, all the others dont work, even if u dont smoke this toothpaste will remove stains..I've been doing this for 9 months,u need to brush for at least 5 mins twice a day but after 2 months u will notice %26amp; so will everyone else.
Reply:awwww thanks for choosing my answer it does really work good luck. Report It

Reply:i would use a "dental polisher " Report It

Reply:tippex
Reply:oh yes i have tried them all and they do not work , even the stuff they sale on ebay is a big con.
Reply:A normal toothpaste would do
Reply:That pearl drops is good as long as you brush your teeth for an adequate time and use it 2, if not 3 times a day. Also a lot of the whitening toothpastes are good these days. we used the new colgate one which whitens and adds calcium and that worjked a treat. usually the ones with grainy bits in 9sucvh as Arm %26amp; Hammer) are really good and not too more expensive than normal toothpaste.
Reply:arm %26amp; hammer it works for me
Reply:THE BEST TEETH WHITENING PRODUCT IS TO STAY OFF SUGARY FOOD!!! Don't ruin your teeth with products containing, bleach, abrasives and other chemicals. Not only do they damage the surface, they reduce the strength of your enamel long term. Just eat a good diet with little sugar, tea, coffee and other staining foods and I guarantee that your teeth will look whiter within a couple of weeks.
Reply:I have just got Theramed Express White.. my dentist recommended it.. (till my new false-rs are ready)
Reply:no
Reply:Baking Soda
Reply:pearl drops is around a fiver.

;-)
Reply:Those whitening product are lod of bull ****, I always have to believe that shity stuff even so it's not true it makes the teeth much worst. I tried Colgate whitening and thinking that it would make my very white as an angel.
Reply:My dentist told me that any tooth whitening products sold over the counter have to be mild, so their whitning effect is limited. If you really want to whiten your teeth I reccomend asking your dentist for advice. It may cost more, but the effect will be better. The 2 main things that stain teeth are red wine %26amp; coffee, so always brush your teeth after drinking these.
Reply:just take them out and steep them in bleach for half an hour. that should bring them up like new.
Reply:Tipp-Ex.
Reply:Clorox and a brillo pad.
Reply:You can try mixing salt and soda together where it makes a paste, and use that and see if that helps. They have a toothpaste that is for coffee drinkers and smokers, just reg. type of toothpaste, but that works. The best is to get a bleach kit from the dentist, they fit you with a plastic gum cover formed to your teeth, but I don't see why you just could not get a guard that the football players use, you put it in either cold water or hot, and it forms to your teeth, and then buy the bleach from the dentist. You just put it in there and wear it for a couple of hours each day, that should do it better than over the counter. I am sure the bleach paste is not that expensive, it is just when they have to do a mold of your teeth and make a guard for your teeth. WE are talking about cheap, and the best, so I am not a dentist, so just take it for what it is worth. The over the counter things like has been said, may not work very well. I don't think the paste from the dentist is very expensive.

Reply:CosumerReports.org try this website it has articles and reviews on teeth whitening products
Reply:i once read that the colgate whitening is the best, so said a hygenist as it has the same ingrediants as proffessional whitening products, am gonna get some i think!!
Reply:toothpaste and floss *joke* actually that wouldnt go amiss...but in boots they sell teeth whitening products
Reply:After trying lots of brands like you, I discovered Arm and Hammer (mentioned by someone else before). It's actually quite good. My teeth are starting to look a bit whiter and shinier! It's about £3 or so. The best there is so far. (My dentist told me Pearl Drops can be quite harmful so stopped using that.)
Reply:Bicarbonate of soda is supposedly good. Boots do a range of teeth whitening products which friends of mine swear by. They have all sorts of toothpastes but i've heard better results from the teeth bleaching products they sell.
