Baking soda is the best there is. It really whitens your teeth.

Reply:Lemon, salt water, lemon and salt together(will fizz a bit), bicarb? All of these are absolutely horrible though. I have tried them (trying to be eco-friendly) and the lemon juice makes your mouth feel dry, and I imagine it isn't good for your enamel, and the salt water is disgusting- people drink it to make themselves sick!

Reply:there are some eccinacia toothpastes out there. Eccinacia is a flower and it has some good antibacterial properties. Fluoride is actually natural.





The problem with many "natural" tooth cleaning remedies is that they have no fluoride and fluoride has been proven to strengthen your teeth against decay.





However its personal choice and if you choose natural methods for getting decay then so be it.
