i love coffee,(take them twice daily,during breakfast and tea time)..i`m not a smoker and i have a scheduled appointment (twice a year)with my dentist since i was 9..so my teeth are free from plaque..my teeth are in a good condition,except that i wanted them to look whiter and brighter.
Then would toothpolish products i bought from the pharmacy help?i used them,but my teeth still looks the same.
If you want whiter teeth visit your dentist for a whitening kit. Pharmacy kits never work they just rip you off. Or stop drinking tea, coffee and wine (if your old enough) as they are all bad stainer's for your teeth. Whitening your teeth can also cause sensitivity.
Reply:ive heard using a peroxide rinse[mixing equal amounts of peroxide with water] will help with whitening, and also helps in cleaning your mouth.
