Reply:I like the results from Crest Strips. They lasted for a long time but you are not supposed to use them to often because it penetrates the enamel on your teeth.
Reply:there's so many outhere, be careful they can be abrasive and harsh for your teeth and gum, whatever you pick make sure is for sensitive teeth, i tried before the Crest Whitening strips and it did work but only temporarily. try saving money so you can do something professional with a dentist that will last you at least 6-to a years depending on your lifestyle.

Put the mixture in a cup add water make into paste ......coat toothbrush with paste mixture and brush.





And you will have white teeth.
