What methods or products I can use to have i) better skin and ii) whiter teeth?

Highschool Graduation Photographs are coming up in a little more than two weeks. HS Photos are for a lifetime -- so I want to personally look all spiffy and good looking. (Who doesn't?) Well, I want some quick, or convenient (cheap is good, but not necessary) to have better, smoother, clearer skin and whiter teeth. I personally cannot go to some dermatologist or dentist, thats too much. I just need some method or product that is easy to use, and can help improve my features in a little more than a week. Thanks -- any response is good.

Crest whitening strips take about 7 days! Start tomorrow! They will be the cheapest and most effective + long term product you can get your hands on in this short amount of time.

Skin~~I wouldn't start a whole new face regimen...(that might freak your skin out.)Possibly, a very very low on the PH scale cleanser, I personally use Mary Kay. And a moisturizer that won't clog your pores. Skin~~Stop eating chocolate, junk food, pop, and anything else that causes acne, and bad unglowing skin...then relax, and smile BIG! =o)
Reply:i totally agree about white strips. i love them. and you can do them in the car on the way to work, or school, or communion....

for skin, clinique and zirh make some killer mens products. clinique is cheaper. just buy the cleanser, astringent and moisturizer. lay off the grease (i never had issues with chocolate) like chips, anything fried. don't feel emasculated by your care for skin care either.

also, when i had my HS photos taken, they airbrushed them. only the face, not the teeth. so if you have a monster zit, they'll more than likely take it out. my friend assumed they would do the teeth too, but they didn't. his concern sprung from his new set of gleaming braces. so sexy... :P
Reply:To have smoother and clearer skin use st. ives apricot scrub. It works for me. Try brushing your teeth with baking soda to whiten it. You can also use baking soda to exfoliate your skin which makes it smoother.
Reply:There are many over the counter teeth whitening products now. I have used the brush on paste in conjunction with a whitening tooth paste with good results. I use them at night so they can work while I sleep. For your skin, eat fruit and veggies and drink the recommended daily allowance of water - 8 eight ounce glasses. This helps your body flush toxins out. Also, it helps to use the best make up you can afford. Usually the better make up brands have less oils and additives that can clog pores and cause breakouts. Here is something else I started about two weeks ago.. After I cleanse my face, I use a cotton ball to pat my face with Dasani water (just plain, not the flavored ones). I can't explain what made me try it, but it made my face feel great. I do this in the morning before I put my make up on and at night after I remove my make up. My skin has felt smoother, and I have had less irritation and breakouts.
