ive heard that strawberries, yes strawberries, are a natural teeth whitening. just brush them on your teeth. do not brush your teeth after eating fruits or veggies (not right away) because it can damage you teeth. i think thats the case more so with citrus fruits like oranges or lemons.
my aunt swears by the strawberries though and she does have white teeth!
What are some good over the counter products to help make my teeth more white?/techniques? Thanks!?

However,i went to the dentist last week and she said not to use the tooth paste every day because it's ALOT of wear adn tear on your teeth. and the same with the strips. She said to use them HALF of what it says to do... and every other day on the tooth paste...

Reply:If you go to your local dental surgery and ask if they have any opalescence. Opalescence is a very good whitening toothpaste, but don't use is all the time use it for a week then go back to your old toothpaste and just keep alternating them.But there are lots of things you can try for whiter teeth
