i would go with toothpaste
Reply:Crest White Strips Premium
Reply:Crest Premium Whitening Strips are the best

have used them all

and think they work the best and you can see a difference in like 2 days

the others can take a week or longer
Reply:you can use hydrogen peroxide, its like 50 cents a bottle and swish with that.
Reply:remenant tooth paste works good
Reply:Walmart has this "speed whitening" gel. It's less than 5 dollars so definitely cheaper than other methods. The only thing is, the gel tends to "melt" off of your teeth and foam up a bit.
Reply:I would reccomend going to a dentist. The main ingredient in over the counter whitening products is hydrogen peroxide, and hydrogen peroxide actually weakens your teeth, it removes the stains, but it also removes the outter surface of your teeth. The other problem is that over the counter products only remove surface stains, you need a UV light to remove stains under the surface.

Good Luck ♥

Reply:i was looking into that %26amp; asked my dental hygenist about procedures. she told me that she %26amp; her friends (who are also hygenists) use crest whitening strips. the premium ones work the best. and they stay white as long as the ad says!!! i am a VERY happy camper!!!!

Reply:Toothpaste is the best product to use other than Peroxide and Baking Soda. The bleaching systems sold at the store cause extra wear on the enamel causing the tooth to become weaker, porus and thinner after time. This could ultimately ruin what you are trying to polish.
