You could go to the website www.ultradent.com and look up opalescence PF which is a great new product with less sensitivity problems than bleaching strips. You do need a mouth tray with is either made in hot water or made by your dentist. It has alot of research which is showing really good results.
Besides the dentist, what are the best over the counter teeth whitening products out there?
A box of baking soda and a bottle of peroxide.
pour a little baking soda in the palm of your hand, wet it with the peroxide, and gently brush your teeth.
Reply:crest whitestrips..i use them and they make my teeth whiter and patients that come into my office ive noticed their teeth get whiter and brighter...that is my faviorite tooth whitening..i also use remberant whitening toothpaste...works great:)
Reply:You have Crest Whitestrips Dental Whitening System, Rembrandt and Perfecta teeth whitening. And trays as well. But if you want to mix up your own, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda would be your best choice. Just use the one that really works for you.
