Do over the counter teeth whitening products really work?

I bought Crest Whitening Mouth Wash from CVS a few weeks ago because it was on sale and cheaper than the Listerine I normally get.

My teeth are noticeably whiter since I have been using it.

I have used pure baking soda, pure hydrogen peroxide, baking soda toothpaste and whitening toothpaste in the past. Crest gave me noticeable results.

I use Colgate 12 Hour toothpaste as well (since November). When this tube is done, I am switching to Crest toothpaste.

yes...
Reply:Whitening Toothpaste? NO

Brush on gels? NO

Crest White strips? They work better than nothing, but you wont find amazing results unless you get a more concentrated formula only available through a dental office. This month Crest is making a higher concentrated white strips available through dental offices as a cheaper alternative to the in offices services.
