the dental whitening products that you can get from your dentists is a peroxide gel that basically bubbles the stain out of the porous areas in the enamel. it does not pull the enamel off.
Does teeth whitening products pull enamal off of your teeth?
These products are odd - the people you see now-a-days with brilliant whiter than white teeth that look so unnatural that I almost instantly think what level of vanity drove them to make the choice to go ultra-white.
Yes those products bleach the surface and weaken it a bit but used as directed normal nutrition and health will restore them quickly.
