Brushing and flossing properly, along with regular dental checkups, can help prevent tooth decay and gum disease.Log on to http://tipsfromruby-teethcare.blogspot.c... tips to have sparkle on your teeth and keep them in good.
Reply:boots have some very good products
Reply:Rembrant had stuff you'd put into a tooth thing and leave it on for awhile but I can't find it in stores anymore.
Reply:Baking soda and hydrgen peroxide. You can get it in any market or drug store. Side effects are whiter teeth, among other benfits.
Reply:Crest Whitening Strips

Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Safeway, Target, Fred Meyers, etc.

You can thin you enamel out and it can cause sensitivity

I used them once and they worked great, but now I have somewhat sensitive teeth. I wouldn't recommend whitening your teeth at all, because usually there is always sensitivity as a side effect, but if you really want to get your teeth whiter, I suppose it is worth the sensitivity. You know you could use baking soda or peroxide for a more natural approach to whitening. Or you could just take good care of your teeth. Flossing everyday, brushing 2-3 times a day, using mouthwash, visiting your dentist every 6 months for a cleaning and a possible fluoride treatment.
Reply:Anything you use that you buy is going to have have almost the same effects. The main ingredients are peroxide and baking soda. What I do is brush with peroxide and baking soda everyday before I use toothpaste. You can tell the difference right away. Its affordable and easy.

p.s. its normal for your gums to burn a little from the peroxide.
