I use Crest White strips. Been using it for over 3 years. I'm a former smoker and a coffee addict and it works every time. I use the Classic or Renewal. It may cause sensitivity but goes away after you stop using the system. Some dentists offer the Crest Supreme or another whitening system but can be pricey. Crest cost me under $30. Anotehr way is the Sonicare toothbrush. It got my teeth super white, even my hygenist said I didn't need a whitening and no plaque/tartar. But you have to be super gentle using it or it can damage your gums and teeth. Good luck!
Reply:The dentist is always the best choice for results. however, they arent the cheapest or pain free. lol. just about any grocery store or possibly a GNC or comparable nutrition store may carry it also.
Reply:I used Crest Whitestrips. They cost 29.00 at Wal-Mart. They really made a difference. They have a lower strip and an upper strip. Here's a tip---I talk with my top teeth more so I didn't use all the lower strips--just till my lower teeth got to the shade I wanted. Then I used the lower strips on my top teeth!! It really works!
Reply:you can buy crest white strips if you want, they cost around 30$, but they aren't the most effective.

The whitening products the dentist has is the best, they change the shade of your teeth a lot faster and for longer. See, the stuff they sell in the store has about 3% whitening ingrediants, the stuff the dentist has is between 15-30%. So i recommend going to the dentist, they have gels that you apply. The good stuff at the dentist costs between 300$ and 1000$.

flip flop style
