Reply:The best whitner is Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda. Your teeth will be much whiter then anything you can buy over the counter. It is also good for your gums if you suffer from periodontal disease and good for your breath as well.
Reply:The crest brands work good, but whatever you do make sure that the product you do use does not have an acid in the ingredients list. The acid breaks down your enamel, therefore causing tooth decay.
