Crest Premium White Strips work very well. Before I used them I was an occasional smoker and drank a lot of cola, and those strips really brightened up my teeth. Now I use Arm %26amp; Hammer dental care toothpaste with baking soda and peroxide to keep them white -- my dentist (who is my uncle) recommended it.
