Teeth Whitening???

Hey guys. I’m 17, and have had my braces off for about two years now. I have tried several teeth whitening products, but none have really worked well. Do you have any suggestions about really good products to use??

Go back to your dentist and tell him yu want your teeth whitened. You get a mouth guard moulded to your teeth and a whitening gel that you apply. Its more expensive than other products but at least you know it will work!


Lots of my friends have had it done and you can really tell the difference! Im getting mine done next month, cant wait!!

Reply:i got some toothpaste and accelarator from qvc. it is called super smile and it really works good luck try it
Reply:Try crest whitestrips or even a simple whitening toothpaste.


If you are using those and they haven't worked, maybe its time you see your doctor and figure out another (most likely costly) way of whitening your teeth.





Also--avoid coffee, smoking and coke/pepsi. These things stain your teeth.
Reply:The best thing to do is get it professionally done. This is rather expensive though, so I suggest this....Call the Dental program at a local community college and ask about scheduling an appointment with a student for teeth whitening. The cost is only $50.00 compared to $400.00 at the regular dentist. I just had it done by a student and my teeth look great! (You can get hour long massages from students in massage therapy programs too and they are only $10.00!)
Reply:Try using baking soda and/or peroxide when you brush. They are home remedies, but they work.
Reply:Crest Whitening Mouthwash. That worked wonders for me.
