Is there any teeth whiting product that I can make at home?

1) Brush your teeth like you normally do


2) Dip your tooth brush in aprox.1 teaspoon of baking soda, and brush throughly


3) Do not rinse after brushing with baking soda


4) Place one cap full of 3% hydrogen peroxide (the little white cap that comes with the brown bottle)


5) Swish it around your mouth for aprox. 2 minutes, spit it out...do not swallow.


6) Wait at least 20 minutes before drinking water.





Do this everyday for pearly whites, it worked for me!!

Reply:ive heard that brushing ur teeth with a strawberry helps, erm dunno wer i heard it but it sounds yummy x
Reply:I heard that if you gargle, not swallow, 1/2 water and 1/2 peroxide, it works well. Takes a few weeks but if your repetitious enough, your be smiling white in no time!

Reply:Baking Soda, safe, doesn't taste good, but will whiten after a few uses.
