I HAVE A WHITE SPOT ON ONE OF MY TOOTHS AND I WANT TO MAKE THE REST OF ME TEETH WHITE WHAT INEXPENSIVE PRODUCT SHOULD I USE ? PLEASE HELP ME !!!

Mix equal parts hydrogen peroxide with your mouthwash once a day. I've been doing this every day for a few years now and have very white, pretty teeth. As a side benefit, I also have had less colds and sore throats since I started doing this.





BTW, Don't mix it ahead of time, though. Do it at the time you are ready to gargle, swish, and spit.

Reply:Rembrandt they have a teeth whitening set you can pick up @ wal mart for about fifteen bucks. It has the two tooth trays and a whitening gel. easy to use my teeth are as white as ever.
Reply:i have the same thing with the white spot on two of my teeth. i use Crest Whitestrips. they really work. their about $30 i think. i use the classic. it works!!!! Good luck!!!!!!!
