Thanks..

What is the best teeth whitening toothpaste (blanx, pearl drops etc..)?
Believe it or not, baking soda. It doesn't taste that great but it does the job.
Reply:^ive heard about baking soda before, could be worth a go. I use pearl drops, when i first started using it within about 2weeks my teeth had significantly got whiter, and they provide you with a scale to measure the whiteness.
Reply:Blanx...
Reply:Blanx was a total waste of money for me, tried it for three months to no effect. Rembrandt seems to work well if used in conjunction with a good (arm and hammer etc) baking soda toothpaste, and a good mouth-wash.

A good starting point is an appointment with a dental hygienist, get them cleaned professionally and then you're fighting from and advantaged starting point. Keep them white rather than make them white.

Cut down of tooth staining foods, tea, coffee, coke red wine etc too.
Reply:Bicarbonate of soda is very good, I don't think that the toothpaste works although I do use Arm%26amp;Hammer with bicarb in it.
Reply:Yep baking soda (or bicarbonate of soda) are good at getting stains off your teeth, just dip damp toothbrush in powder and scrub as usual - tastes pretty rank though.

Or have just found this new stuff in Boots chemist called 'colgate total professional weekly clean' - small tube of scratchy toothpate that you use for 3 mins once a week - makes your teeth feel like when the dentist has scraped all crap off - and doesnt taste too bad. In between i use pearl drops hollywood smile tha this also midly abrasive but not too damaging.

However nothing in the chemist will really whiten your teeth, they will just remove stains, and you need to be really careful with home bleaching kits as they can damage your teeth/gums if not careful - best left to proffessional....
Reply:The best teeth whitening toothpaste is Therabrite, one of the products at therabreath.com. You'll see results in about 5 days and everything is doable at home so you save a trip to the dentist that can cost hundred of dollars. It also makes your breath really fresh by oxidizing your mouth and preventing the growth of anaerobic bacteria. Try the whole system. It works.
Reply:arm and hammer baking soda is good.
Reply:I went to boots and tried a few whiteners but for me its boot own boots brand whitener its a 2 step application really easy to use try it it costs about £7
Reply:pearl drops
Reply:Here are many ways that you can whitening your teeth!

For home remedies.

Mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to form toothpaste. Brush the teeth regularly with this paste. It will remove all stains in a month.

Use bicarbonate of soda 5 minutes before brushing the teeth with normal toothpaste in the morning. This is a good home remedy for teeth whitening.

Rubbing the bark of walnut tree on the teeth helps in removing all stains from the teeth.

Strawberries are considered natural teeth whiteners. Rubbing the teeth with strawberries daily will remove all the stains.

If you would like a suggestion on tooth whitening gel, here's something for you!

Crest Night Effects Whitening Gel (about $18.00) allows you to remove stains while you sleep. The tooth whitening system has a fresh, wintergreen flavor. After fourteen days of sleeping with this product on your teeth, you will wake up to a vibrant smile. You should see results in two days, although there are reports of tooth whitening results in one night

Reply:Buy a Sonic Toothbrush!

My husband bought me one a week ago and my teeth are whitening up great.

Even the smoking stains on the back part of the bottom ones are going!

I use Colgate to brush with. I don't use a whitening one.
Reply:Colgate the other brands are too abrasive for normal everyday use and will cause longterm sensitivity and problems
Reply:for me, the best teeth whitening is maximum teeth whitening. i have been using this for months now and it gave me the desired white teeth that i have wanted. in just minimum time, i have gained back my confidence because now i am not ashamed to smile for i have got star white teeth.
Reply:Let me tell it to you how it is:

This is a proven fact. None of the toothpaste that claim to whiten teeth actually do. In actuality, if you want them to work, you would have to not drink anything whatsoever that contains a staining agent, such as tea, coffee, cola, wine, and if I get into what to not eat, you will be a very hungry and unhappy person. When I went to an audition a few months back, the casting agent pointed out to me that my teeth could be whiter, and recommended Crest Whitening Strips. He told me they have actually worked on most of the people he recommended them too, including himself and his teeth were amazing. I, myself have not yet tried them. I simply lack the discipline.

I hope they will work for you.
