Hydrogen peroxide. (if you don't want to spend 20 bucks on crest white strips) Just take a capful of it, and swish it around in your mouth for like 5 minutes. yes, it takes a while, but it works. and it's like 2 dollars!!





do this like once a day until you see your teeth getting whiter.

to get even better results, use colgate 'simply white'. it is the best whiteneing toothpaste out there.
Reply:Before buying expensive products, try using baking soda. You can brush your teeth with it, or make a paste and rub it on your teeth and then brush off. Baking soda is a natural abrasive that is not damaging to the teeth. Good Luck!
