I want to whiten my teeth?

I feel that my teeth are slightly yellow, probably from drinking too much coffee and tea. What are the ways I can whiten my teeth? Over-the-counter products like teeth-whitening toothpaste and gels don't seem to be effective. Should I go for the laser whitening thing at a dentist? How much would it cost? Are there any teeth whitening products that are effective and cheap?

Reply:i don't know the actual cost but call your dentist to find out. the simple whitening strips are expensive enough, imagine the laser version.
Reply:I use arm and hammer tooth paste plus whitening and also the old school crest white strips... they work. I pride myself on my pearly whites lol





I wouldn't get laser whitening, just be patient and your teeth will be white again.

you can get it from your dentist, and it doesnt cost that much!





also, i have used five of them, and my teeth have gone down 3 shades. and it SO SO SO easy, haha.

Reply:the toothpastes dont work..but try the strips..dont know if they work either but its worth a try..then i would consult the dentist
Reply:I got some tooth whitener from the supermarket and it worked but it takes two weeks for the top teeth and another two for the bottom.
Reply:Using Bicarbonate of soda is good because it naturally gives you white teeth but i do advise you, only use it once or twice a week otherwise it will damage your enamel.


And use your normal toothpaste like 5 mins after, this will make it taste better and adds the floride.


How To Use It-


Wet your Tooth brush and buy your own tub of bicarbonate of soda form the store. Dont take it from the kitchen...Not very hygenic and then add the wet toothbrush to the powder and brush your teeth asthough it was normal toothpaste.
