Nope. nearly all commercial whiteners are peroxide-based, meaning they only work on organic materials like real teeth.
Is there an over the counter tooth whitening product that will whiten veneers as well as your natural teeth?
Nope, unfortunately not. I would suggest whitening your teeth to the desired brightness, and then have your veneer(s) replaced with a shade that matches the natural teeth. If that is not an option, then don't whiten at all, as those newly whitened natural teeth would heighten the contrast of the veneers.
