i actually use this and it gave me good results just how i like it.


you should get this anyway to help improve the color of your teeth. peroxide and baking soda are used for whitening; with that combination, you should definitely see results!

My teeth were 2x brighter after putting those strips on.


U only need to put them on for 7 days--2 times a day- for 30 mins

Reply:I use Crest Whitening Strips, do not try the cheaper Walmart brand they do not work. I also use a good electric tooth brush, this helps naturally whiten your teeth. When I finish with the strips I use Crest Vivid White tooth paste to give it that extra boost. I use the strips every 6 months and have always been satisfied.
