What product is best rated for whitening teeth at home?
I hear Crest White-Strips are best if you are doing it yourself. I went to my dentist and for about $300.00 he made impressions of my teeth and for two weeks I put a whitening gel into the mouth inserts and voila!! My teeth are probably 4-5 shades whiter.
