But tehy make my gums (personally) verry sensitive so i don't use tehm but it has worked on ppl i know and i don't think they had sensitivity, it depends on the person regarding sensitivity. Its best to put them on with no tarter or gingivities on ur teeth etc.

crest..Only your dentist can truly whiten your teeth..over the counter products work temporarily..Bleaching your teeth at your dentist will give you far more lasting results.

I have found that if you brush your teeth like normal with toothpaste.....afterwards brush with Hydrogen Peroxide - (yes it will a bubble), do this 3 times a week and in atleast a month, you will see a difference........I have done this since I was 16 and I have perfectly WHITE teeth, AND i smoke tobacco!!!!!!!! so its got to be working or my teeth would be yellow

Do the Crest Premiums, I tried the Aquafresh and they weren't big enough for my teeth. And people say how little and cute my teeth are! So they definitely wouldn't fit normal-sized teeth. Crest Premiums aren't as strong but you DO want your entire tooth covered, not just half!!
